Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of Manifest, a field sales platform operated by Elevation ("Elevation," "we," "us"). Manifest is provided to organizations that have an agreement with Elevation ("Customer") for use by that organization's employees and authorized representatives ("Users"). By signing in, a User agrees to these Terms.

2. Who can use Manifest

Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created and managed by a Customer's administrators. Manifest is not a consumer product and does not offer public self-service signup.

3. Accounts and access

A User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under their account. Report a lost device or suspected unauthorized access to your organization's administrator immediately.

4. Acceptable use

  • Visit, order, and location data logged in Manifest must be accurate. Falsifying a visit, check-in, or order record is a violation of these Terms and may violate your employment agreement.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or territories outside your assigned scope.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated tools against Manifest outside of the documented API and issued API keys.

5. Data ownership

Data a Customer's Users generate in Manifest (visits, orders, territory records, location logged during a workday) belongs to that Customer. Elevation processes it to provide the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

Manifest is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data delays, or third-party integrations (including Shopify) being unavailable.

7. Termination

A Customer's administrator can deactivate a User's access at any time. Elevation may suspend an account that violates these Terms, including falsified field data or unauthorized access attempts.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Manifest evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
