Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

1. Who this applies to

Manifest is an internal tool used by field sales representatives and managers at organizations that have an agreement with Elevation. This policy covers those Users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

2. What we collect

  • Account information: name, work email, role, and the territories or stores you're assigned to.
  • Location: GPS location while you are checked in to an active workday in the mobile app, used to verify store visits and calculate mileage. Location is not collected outside an active workday.
  • Visit and order data: check-in and check-out times, stores visited, orders placed, and payment method (including photos of cheques you upload for approval).
  • Device information: device type and app version, used for support and to keep the app working correctly.

3. How we use it

  • To route your day and confirm store visits actually happened.
  • To calculate territory coverage, performance metrics, and compensation, including commission and bonus calculations under your organization's comp plan.
  • To give managers visibility into field activity across their team.
  • To improve routing and, where enabled, to power Lumi's in-app suggestions.

4. Who we share it with

Data is shared with your employer (the Customer that manages your account) and is visible to the managers and administrators they authorize. Order data is shared with Shopify to process orders. We do not sell User data, and do not share it with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

Visit, order, and location history is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to support historical reporting and compensation records. Your organization's administrator can request deletion beyond that.

6. Security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access within Manifest is scoped by role, for example a rep sees their own territory, not the whole organization's.

7. Your choices

Location access can be turned off in your device settings at any time, though it will limit routing and visit verification. To review, correct, or request deletion of your data, contact your organization's administrator or us directly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Manifest evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
