Does it replace Repsly?
Yes. Manifest covers what a field tool is used for, visits, forms, photos, orders and reporting, and adds territories, store priority, daily routing and compensation on top. Repsly imports are supported, so your stores, visit history, reps and territories come across on day one.
How is the priority score calculated?
Every store gets a score from buyer reorder timing, lifetime value, whether the decision maker is known, the type of store and its visit history. The score maps to a tier, Urgent, High, Medium, Low or Explore, and every ranking shows the signals behind it, so a rep or manager can see exactly why a store is on the list.
Can managers change routes?
Yes. Routes are built automatically every day, then managers and reps can add or swap stops and the day is re-sequenced for the shortest drive. Managers see their own team only, and every change is logged with who made it and when.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. Orders written in the app are created in Shopify as real orders against the right customer, using your catalogue and pricing. Direct store delivery orders and cheque capture run through the same flow, so finance sees one record.
How is data kept separate between companies?
Each company is a separate tenant. Its stores, reps, visits, orders and settings are scoped to it at the database level and are never visible to another company. Access inside a company is role-based, and you can export all of your data at any time.
